White House names parts of Kansas a coronavirus concern

Dr. Deborah Birx of the White House Coronavirus Task Force visited Kansas over the weekend as the state is seeing a steady rise in cases. She's urging people in the state to follow guidelines to avoid further spread. To discuss this, we spoke to the mayor of Topeka, Kansas, Michelle De La Isla.
