The New York Times reports on who was to blame for setting fire to humanitarian aid trucks

On Feb 23, opposition leader Juan Guaidó backed by his ers tried to get trucks carrying humanitarian aid across a bridge into Venezuela from Colombia. During chaotic clashes on the bridge, the aid trucks caught fire, and both sides blamed the other. Now The New York Times reports that the fire was caused accidentally by a protester.
