Tariffs on Mexican goods will not go into effect, for now

The 5% tariff on Mexican goods President Trump had threatened, will not be taking effect today after both countries announced an agreement to stem the flow of undocumented immigrants. President Trump says there are secret parts of the deal that haven't yet been announced, and if they aren't implemented, the tariff could be back on the table.
