Red Cross urges people to reach out for help after Hurricane Laura

“We do urge those residents who need a place to stay, who are walking and looking for services to call 1-800-RED-CROSS to get to your nearest shelter or get the resources that you need,” says Cynthia de La Torre, with the American Red Cross.
