Police fatally shoot teen claiming they mistook him for wanted criminal

Mexico, already reeling from a deadly case of alleged police abuse in the state of Jalisco is now facing another shocking incident. In Oaxaca, a teenager was shot by law enforcement officials in what is being called a case of mistaken identity.
