More than 100,000 small businesses have closed due to covid-19

A new stimulus bill to help small businesses is being negotiated in the Senate, but for one restaurant in Miami it’s too late. Ortanique on the Mile closed after 21 years in business laying off over 40 employees. We spoke to Delius Shirley, co-owner of Ortanique.
