Hate crimes are rising in New York while other crimes are decreasing

It's one of the most diverse cities on the planet, but there's been a sharp spike in the number of hate crimes in New York City. The number of attacks against the Jewish community has nearly doubled in in the last year. Blanca Rosa Vilchez takes a look at the disturbing new data.
