The Part Time Customer Service Instant Return Representative is an essential member of the airport location team and is the brand ambassador by providing the fastest, easiest, and most valued experience to our customers.  This team member is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and expeditious service to our customers as they return their vehicles.

The key responsibilities and abilities are:

  • Provides world class customer service by managing vehicle returns process, in compliance with Hertz’s policies and procedures
  • Personally, welcome all customers with a pleasant greeting and professional attitude at all times, assist with luggage and answer questions in a friendly manner
  • Provide the customer with an invoice and a full explanation of their charges

  • Check fuel level and mileage and clearly explain final charges to the customer
  • Secure vehicle keys from the customer and ensure they stay with the vehicle while reminding customers to remove their personal belongings.  Offer assistance as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement by communicating customer to team and engaging in action planning to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines
  • To carry out any other duties requested by the managers/Team Leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Install the Netradyne dash cam device at the start of shift, always keep the dash cam device on during the shift, and remove the dash cam device at the end of shift.
  • Meet or exceed the minimum rides per hour. Rides cannot be cancelled once accepted.
  • Sign up for rideshare shifts in accordance with your designation and hour limits. Each shift available is for a five-hour consecutive block.
  • Retrieve and return vehicles in accordance with company practices.

A Day in the Life:

The Managed Fleet Assistant Branch Manager supervises the overall operations of Hertz’s Managed Fleet to ensure productivity and profitability of the branch as well as customer satisfaction. ABM is responsible for managing all aspects of transporters that are employed to drive a Hertz vehicle on the shared mobility platform.  This will involve preparing reports including profit and loss statements, budgets, operating reviews and audits.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the office (fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, schedules, etc.).  Oversee daily TNC Managed Fleet operations at the location, ensuring each meets key performance metrics for efficiency, compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicles are maintained, vehicles are assigned, and drivers are prepared for their shifts. Monitors daily workflows to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
  • Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) such as vehicle utilization, driver efficiency, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Leads end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, coordinating the setup of training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules to meet operational goals. Continuously evaluates staff performance and identifies development opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing safety training, monitor driver performance, and provide corrective coaching based on safety metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to Hertz’s safety standards and local regulations using telematics, cameras, and safety scorecards

What We’re Looking For:

This is a dynamic, field-based role ideal for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who are clinically focused, organized, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes through hands-on wound care.

Field Assistant :
Assigned based on market needs, patient volume, and provider workload. Field Assistants assist with documentation, wound photography, logistics, and coordination to care quality and workflow.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of wounds (pressure ulcers, diabetic wounds, surgical wounds, venous/arterial ulcers)

  • Perform procedures such as sharp debridement, tissue biopsies, NPWT, and dressing changes

  • Create and adjust wound care treatment plans

  • Educate patients, families, and facility staff on wound care and prevention

  • Maintain complete, HIPAA-compliant documentation using secure EMR

  • Drive between patient locations as required; mileage may vary and may exceed 50–70 miles per day depending on service area and home location

  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

     

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

  • Active, unrestricted license in California

  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCA)

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (wound care, geriatrics, internal medicine, or similar)

  • BLS certification

  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

     

Preferred:

  • Wound care certification (CWSP, CWS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months

  • DEA registration – not required but preferred

  • Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or mobile care settings

  • Proficiency in EMR and digital documentation systems

     

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal APP is clinical, adaptable, and patient-focused. They have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, maintain excellent documentation practices, and are comfortable working independently across various care settings. They are proactive, organized, and skilled at building rapport with patients and facility staff. A background or strong interest in wound care is highly valued.

 

Regulatory & Compliance – California

Nurse Practitioners:

  • Active CA NP license

  • National certification (AANP or ANCC)

  • Furnishing number and prescriptive authority agreement (as applicable)

  • DEA registration – preferred but not required

  • 30 CE hours every two years

     

Physician Assistants:

  • Active CA PA license

  • National certification (NCA)

  • Delegation of Services Agreement (DSA) with supervising physician

  • DEA registration – preferred but not required

  • 50 CME hours every two years

     

All providers must remain compliant with the California Board of ed Nursing or the California Physician Assistant Board.

 

Physical, Cognitive & Technical Requirements

  4. Promote an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

 

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or other healthcare environment (i.e. Home Health, Long Term Care, Pharmaceuticals)
  • Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with strong Marketing skills and experience preferred but not required 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
  • Able to maintain an organized approach to territory management and work with limited supervision.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Duties and Responsibilities Performed within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

•       Evaluates, plans and isters treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.

•       isters and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.

•       Provides direct clinical treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.

•       Participates in an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.

•       Provides adaptive tools and treatments for specific patient needs.

•       Maintains confidentiality of patient records.

•       Conducts simulated and/or actual home assessments, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.

 

Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications and Skills:

 

•       Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
