A Wrong Phone Number Ends Up Uniting Two Families For Thanksgiving

Wanda Dench thought that she was sending a text to her grandson but had accidently texted someone else instead. The Arizon grandmother ended up texting high school senior Jamal Hinton. Hinton didn't recognize the phone number so he texted back.
Dench messaged: "Thanksgiving dinner is at my house on Nov. 24 at 3:00PM. Let me know if you're coming. Hope to seee you all. Of course that includes Amanda and Justin."
Hinton replied: "Who is those.."
Dench responded: "Your grandma 👵"
In much confusion, Hinton said: "Grandma? Can I have a picture"
Dench asked: "Of who"
Hinton wrote back: "You lol"
After noticing that Dench was obviously not his grandmother, he asked "Can I still get a plate tho?"
Hinton was caught off guard with Dench's reply: "Of course you can. That's what grandma's do... feed everyone 🍰"
After being filled with excitement, Hinton forgot to conseal the Dench's phone number from the screenshot. The grandma had to change her phone number after getting more than 600 texts from unknown people asking for a Thanksgiving plate.
The Arizona grandmother will keep her word and said that she will stay connected with Hinton.
