DIY mask to remove dark underarms
This post is dedicated to all the women who may feel a bit self conscious about dark underarms. If you’ve ever thought twice before raising your hand, this post will boost your confidence. Say goodbye, to long sleeve tops and be the first person to put your hand up! This DIY mask will remove those unwanted dark patches from your underarms, leaving your skin with its natural tone.
The ingredients for this mask are so common, that you may already have at least 1 at home.
What you will need
- Water
- Baking soda
- A small jar
- A spoon
Into the jar, place 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Add just a little bit of water, the idea is to create a paste. Stir the water and the baking soda until the mixture looks thick. Don’t be afraid to add more water or baking soda, just make sure that as an end result you obtain a creamy-sticky result.
Application
For this application, your underarms need to be hair free! With the spoon, apply the paste you just crated on your underarms and leave it on for 5 minutes. You will experience an intense tingly sensation that overtime, with continuous use, will whiten the affected area.
For every application, you should make a new paste. For best results, use this method once or twice during the week. While the mask is on your skin, do not put your arms down. Instead, lie down with your hands above your head.
